This sentence 'but I am mistaken' comes from a process of transforming old beliefs.
After you have researched what your deep conviction is, the next step is to realize that it is only a mistake to think that.
For example, you can believe: "Nobody is waiting for my gifts".
And because you have this conviction, your world looks the same.
Nobody is waiting for your gifts.
Not that it is a truth.
Because everyone has gifts and there is always a part of the people who need them.
YET because you believe it is different,
You only see the rejections and discussions
And you hide deeper and deeper
Until in the end you don't do anything anymore.
In order to transform your conviction, the first step is to recognize this mechanism.
You do this by saying:
I believe that .... (in this case 'no one is waiting for my gifts'), yet I have been mistaken.
Which conviction are you absolutely sure is true?
Keep in mind that a belief is something that is true for some and not for others.
A truth always applies to everyone.
Next, try it yourself and see what happens internally when you say: ‘yet I have been mistaken’
